Best Management Practices (BMPs) are guidelines on
how to reduce water consumption and protect water quality while producing,
designing, installing and maintaining healthy, beautiful landscapes.
GreenCO developed these materials in cooperation with Colorado State
University Cooperative Extension, Denver Water, and Northern Colorado
Water Conservancy District and Wright Water Engineers. Considerable
input provided by:
Colorado Department of Agriculture, Urban Drainage and Flood Control
District, League of Women Voters Water Protection Project, Colorado
Water Conservation Board, Aqua Engineering, Colorado Water Resources
